=> summer pasture   (3 acres irrigated pasture grass)

=> winter feeding (feed supplied by BOARDER)

=> enclosed barn for hay, grain, tack storage

=> enclosed barn stalls with rubber floor matting

=> use of paddock area

=> use of 100’ x 60’ arena area.

2. Single Trailer Parking on property

=> less than 20 feet length   $40/month

=> more than 20 feet length  $50/month

 3. Use of riding trails  $50/month

Yes, we offer a 10% discount on boarding cost for clients who board multiple horses with us.
